Absolute Transfer of Ownership (Non-Personal Data)

You expressly acknowledge and agree that any data, metadata, telemetry, aggregated statistics, feedback, or content submitted to or generated by G3Pix that is NOT strictly classified as protected "Personal Data" under applicable privacy frameworks (such as GDPR or CCPA) immediately becomes the exclusive, sole property of G3Pix.

We retain a global, perpetual, unrestricted, and royalty-free right to sell, license, modify, commercialize, and process this proprietary data for any purpose whatsoever—including the unrestricted training of AI models—without any obligation of notice or compensation to you.

However, your data may be transferred to, processed, and hosted in the United States of America and other global locations depending on operational requirements, server loads, and third-party vendor integrations.
